| description | The practice of researching the personnel of organizations indicates the relevance of studying such aspects of assessing social and labor relations as satisfaction, involvement, loyalty and motivation, which can be considered as indicators of employee sentiment, employee performance and the company's HR policy (approach to human resource management, HR). The article presents an approach to the analysis of the social well-being of personnel, which, from the point of view of the labor sphere, means a comprehensive description of how employees realize their expectations and claims at their current place of work, in certain labor relations. Employees' social well-being indicators are staff satisfaction, staff involvement, staff loyalty and motivation, which are often considered as the main HR indicators of employees' social moods. Comprehensively studying satisfaction, involvement, loyalty and motivation, it is possible to obtain a complete picture of the state of social and labor relations within the organization. The text describes in detail the methods of researching the personnel of organizations - satisfaction, involvement and loyalty, measuring the motivation of employees. The results of the conducted studies are given in order to form an approach based on benchmarks. All the proposed methods are characterized by ease of use and can be used to study personnel both at the level of the sphere of culture and in a specific cultural institution. The given toolkit assumes a small number of simple questions; they can be used both to study individual aspects of social well-being, and for its comprehensive description. The use of the proposed methods for regular empirical research of the social well-being of staff makes it possible to obtain a complete picture of the state of labor relations in the organization, areas of development in HR policy, and the development of specific solutions for improvements that will lead to an increase in the quality and efficiency of staff work. |
