Description
Summary:Digital twin technology can reflect the evolution of the real world to a high extent by building a virtual digital model of the real world and interacting with the real world in real time. For safety reasons, in CNC machining, protection devices limit the viewing angle, and due to cutting fluid interference, engineers cannot intuitively understand the machining status. In addition, the machining quality of the parts can usually be inspected only after the machining is completed, and then the engineers adjust the machining process parameters with rich experience, which has a low degree of intelligence. In order to solve this problem, a four dimensional digital twin framework is designed in this paper. The framework fully excavates the digital carrier information of the geometric and motion dimensions, realizes real-time data interaction with the physical world based on the data-driven dimension, and carries out online prediction of processing quality and adaptive control of process parameters in the physical dimension, so as to significantly improve the intelligent level of the machining process.
