The models of public-private partnership corresponding to certain development goals are characterized. The General mechanisms of public-private partnership are shown and described. The specifics of the development of public-private partnership in the Russian Federation with the allocation of existing shortcomings and priorities in the development. The importance of the development and use of mechanisms of public-private partnership in the economy of Abkhazia aimed at improving the processes of investment, attracting additional resources and improving the quality of services in the sectors of social and cultural sphere is emphasized. Potential opportunities for development in the sphere of public-private partnership in the framework of international cooperation between Russia and Abkhazia are highlighted. |
