Summary:The aim of this article is to write and discuss some experiences gathered from educational evaluation situations, more specifically from the largest ones, which have been applied to either educational systems or part of them since the 1960s. Besides, it not only focus on the processes that have been developed in elementary education and university teaching but also discusses the lack of both educational specialists and courses to teach people adequately for the field of educational evaluation, which causes some intellectual problems that have been in both theoretical and technical as well as social levels of this area.
