Summary:In the article, a brief review provided of various perspectives on the tactics of surgery in thoracic aorta dissection in pregnant and parturient women. Clinical case presented of successful surgery of dissection type A (Stanford) in the puerperant, with good short and middle term results. The aim of clinical case demonstration is to rise awareness on the risks of aorta dissection in pregnant and puerperant women. It also witness for radicality of the “frozen elephant trunk” technology.
