It outlines key development areas such as technological and intellectual services, social services, logistics, education, and tourism. Despite war-related challenges, Ukraine still has prospects in freight transportation, computer services, international railway, courier and maritime services. The article offers strategic insights into institutional support, investment needs, and future directions for the advancement of Ukraine’s external trade in services.
