| description | RESUMEN.
Se propone una revisión del concepto de irregularidad de la situación del inmigrante en la sociedad de destino que incide en la discriminación habitual con respecto a los presupuestos inexcusables para el ejercicio de su autonomía personal. El plan de regularización de los inmigrantes se plantea en este sentido como un deber general de los miembros de la sociedad receptora de garantizar las condiciones para que el inmigrante pueda participar en condiciones de igualdad y no discriminación en la vida social.
ABSTRACT.
It is proposed a revision of the concept of regularity when talking about the situation of immigrants in the host society, which influences the habitual discrimination with regard to inexcusable budgets for the exercise of personal autonomy. The regularization plan of immigrants is raised, in this sense, as a general duty to members of the host society, in order to ensure the conditions that enable immigrants to participate in social life in conditions of equality and non-discrimination.
