During 8 theory sessions, two ways of teaching and discussion in small groups (4 sessions) were designed. The results of the quiz scores (for teaching time in lectures and teach in small groups) were compared. Data using descriptive statistics (frequency distribution and mean) and inferential statistics (t-test). Results: The results suggested that teaching Average Quizzes mean score was significantly higher in group discussion method then teaching as a lecture (p<0.001).It showed nursing students (48±3.8), students of Bachelor Students(69±87.7), students of Midwifery (71±7.7), Bachelor Students nursing student (73±72.7). Conclusion: As a result, average scores for medical students in small group teaching were higher. It seems teaching within discussion in small group is more effective on tutorial management among Midwifery and Nursing student.
