description It expounded the big data characteristic of subway vehicle, established train kinematics model and energy consumption model combined with multi-particle theory and developed an algorithm of train energy consumption simulation based on big data. Simulation model and algorithm verification of an actual line were implemented. At the same time, energy-saving operation based on the train traction characteristic was explored and an energy-saving control method was then proposed to meet the safe, steady and timing requirements. Simulation results show the validity of this method.
