description The aim and task of the study were to improve the method of wave-current sinusoscopy and to develop the algorithm of compex treatment of acute odontogenic maxillary sinusitis with concomitant pathology of intranasal structures abnormalities. 106 patients with acute and chronic odontogenic maxillary sinusitis were examined. The improved method of wave-current sinusoscopy allows with high level of significance to diagnose in the maxillary sinus not only exudates and side-wall hyperplasia, but artificial bodies — according to the value of wave-current sinusoscopy equal to (247 ± 74) Hz. Including this method to the treatmentdiagnostic algorithm helps to improve treatment of the patients with odontogenic maxillar sinusitis.
