Three basic clinic pathogenetic syndromes (lymphoproliferative — tonsillar, lymphoproliferative — parenchymal, lymphostasis ectodermal). Characteristics of laboratory syndrome of immune imbalance are given. An algorithm for the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis with the inclusion of clinical, laboratory, instrumental, immunological studies is suggested. |
