| Summary: | Cholagogic mixtures are effectively used for the treatment of liver diseases. We conducted a study of the mixture of the following composition: flores Helichrysi arenarii 1, herba Hyperici perforate 1, folia Urticae dioicae 1. The aim of this study is quantitative definition of rutin in cholagogic mixture by capillary electrophoresis. As a result, we have found that the cholagogic mixture contains 0,61 ± 0,02% rutin. |
