| Summary: | In projects,the components failure caused by material fatigue almost accounts for 50%<sup>9</sup>0%,and fatigue pitting is the common form of failure in involute cylindrical gear.In the environment of co-simulation with Pro/E,MATLAB,ADAMS and ANSYS,according to the results of gear contact’s static analysis,the weak links can be easily found by loading drive torque of gear in ANSYS,which is extracted in ADAMS actual operating conditions.Using ANSYS fatigue tool module to analyze its fatigue life,the results show that it meets the requirement of the fatigue strength.The research method has a high reference value for the contact analysis of similar components in the structure anti-fatigue evaluation. |
