To accomplish this, research was conducted with the population by filling out a form containing a set of questions related to the population’s perception of risks and measuring their knowledge of them. In addition, it is important that people’s perception of the risks existing in the region where they live aids the process of responding to, and mitigating, damage. The results of this study show that there is a lack of great interest among the population in the subject of disaster risk in their city. |
