Description
Summary:Six isozymes, i. e., lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), malate dehydrogenase (MDH), 3-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase (3-GPDH), esterase (EST), peroxidase (POX), extracted from the blood and immune organs of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus Cuvier et Valencinnes), were analyzed with vertical slab poly-acrylamid gel electrophoresis and by specific cytochemical staining. The isozymic distribution traits, relative activities, phenotypes, and the mobile characteristics were determined, and the possible relationships between the isozyme pattern and the combinatorial express way for the relevant loca were disscused. The results indicated that it was related to its genetic diversities and the tissue specific characters that the different immune organs expressed the different isozyme's bands for the grass carp in the same genetic type, and validated further the undivided traits of the isozymic function characteristically.
