Summary:Taking track wheel set of rolling test-bed in NCR Datong electric locomotive Co., Ltd. as object, distributing of track wheel shaft stress and the variation rule of different working condition were studied, and the tangency stress of the track wheel and shaft with the wheel bearing the still load and acting load was analyzed. The security of interference fit joints was considered while track wheel set worked at high rotary speed. This study was useful to track wheel set design and dimension matching between wheel and shaft.
