Description
Summary:The paper shows  that  in order to ensure designed geometry of  a constructed high-rise building and while handing over design elevations for installation horizons it is necessary to take into account its vertical deformations  in the form of the following corrections in geodetic vertical distances: temperature, force (caused by structure weight) and shrinking (caused by concrete drying-out). The paper gives an example of actual vertical deformation of a building frame from in-situ reinforced concrete at several elevations including  a maximum one – 104.9 m.  Data of the paper can be used in practical work.
