| Summary: | The article discusses the issues of ensuring the sustainable development of retail companies from the perspective of implementing innovative projects in modern changing conditions. The main methods used in the development of innovative projects in retail are considered. The main directions of the implementation of innovative projects in the industry are investigated on the example of a domestic company. Modern ways of increasing the innovative potential of the company are proposed. It is recommended to use innovations in the activities of grocery retail as a way to optimize business processes, which, as a result, allows reducing the costs of performing certain tasks and speeding up obtaining the desired result. |
