Description
Summary:Rhupus is a rare combination of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis, one of the characteristic features of which is the development of erosive polyarthritis on the background of the main immunological signs of SLE. The article presents a clinical observation in which, along with the typical immunological picture of SLE, the patient was diagnosed with erosive polyarthritis with “swan neck” type deformities of the hand joints, which required administration of anti-B-cell therapy.
