Description
Summary:In order to fill the current situation of increasingly scarce copper resources in China, a kind of Zn - Cu - Ti alloy is developed as alternative material for copper alloy, which has the advantages of self - cleaning, light weight, cheap price, excellent quality, safety, non - toxic, ductility and good corrosion resistance, etc. Aiming at the current problems of Zn - Cu - Ti alloys of poor plasticity, difficult deformation, large temperature rise and difficult control of product properties, this paper mainly introduced the modification of Zn - Cu - Ti alloy by different doped elements, including Cu, Ti, Mg, rare earth and other metallic elements. Meanwhile, the effects of different heat treatment processes (including as - cast, homogenization, annealing, deformation and hot extrusion deformation) on the microstructure and physical properties of Zn - Cu - Ti alloy were further discussed. Finally, the present problems and future research directions were forecasted.
