| Summary: | Sixteen kinds of multilayer nonwovens with different structures and compositions are designed with singlelayer materials of needle punched thermal waddings and melt blown thermal waddings. The relationship between the ingredient combinations and structure types of multilayer thermal insulation materials, and the thermal performance and air permeability of the materials is analyzed. It is found that the greater the difference of single-layer thermal nonwoven type is, the more conducive it is to the stable thermal performance of multilayer materials. The multilayer material with structure of dense-loose-loose-dense has high thermal insulation and good permeability; multilayer waddings with the surface density of 1 000-1 600 g/m2 have low thermal efficiency, while their permeability is similar to that of single-layer melt blown materials. |
