| Summary: | Sterigmatocystin are toxic metabolites with carcinogenic potency commonly found in animal feed and human food. This research is to find an easy way of detecting sterigmatocystin in feedstuffs. By distilling, purifying, condensing and displaying under the fluorescence, the sterigmatocystin in feedstuffs could be detected in two easy ways by TLC, where methyl alcohol was in one way and acetonitrile was used in the other. |
