东北地区越野训练致热射病一例
<正>患者男性,23岁,因剧烈运动后昏厥、高热、酱油色尿2天于2013年6月17日入院。2013年6月15日曾高强度越野奔跑2 000 m后突然昏厥,1 h后醒来恶心呕吐、高热体温达40℃,尿量减少,尿色深如酱油。入院查体:血压115/90mm Hg、心率88次/min、呼吸18次/min、体温37.1℃,神志清楚,巩膜轻度黄染,左半身多处皮肤擦伤,左腰腹部和右上臂内侧有大片瘀斑,心肺腹无异常,四肢轻度肿胀、触痛。实验室检查:血肌酐709.1μmol/L,尿素氮19.56 mmol/L,总蛋白53.8 g/L,白蛋白37.9 g/L,球蛋白15.9 g/L,丙氨酸氨...
