Summary:According to the current domestic cotton picker technology core mechanism—picking mechanism are introduction of foreign products without according to Xinjiang cotton planting modes on the spindle motion trajectory planning and the spindle in the trajectory characteristics of research.Using Matlab software to determine the initial angular displacement of the spindle track is proposed,and by using of SolidWorks,the picking mechanism entity model is established and imported into the ADAMS.By using multibody dynamics analysis software ADAMS,motion characteristics analysis of spindle picking track is carried out,the analysis results show that the spindle trajectory in accordance with Xinjiang cotton planting pattern of picking off the cotton smoothly.
