description This research and development aims to: (i) Develop the DJ LITA Device that can be used by communities in 3T areas (Frontier, Remote, and Disadvantaged); (ii) Ensure the DJ LITA Device meets the criteria of being valid, effective, and practical. This research uses an adaptation of the Borg & Gall model and the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) research and development methods, which have been modified into twelve stages, namely; (a) research and data collection, (b) concept, (c) design, (d) material collection, (e) production, (f) initial testing, (g) initial product revision, (h) field testing, (i) operational product revision, (j) operational testing, (k) final product revision, and (l) dissemination. Descriptive analysis describes the development results, validator responses, and trial results. Because this research uses a small sample and does not select randomly, the data analysis uses non-parametric statistics. Non-parametric analysis is used according to the type of data and the analysis objectives to be achieved. The types of data analysis are described in more detail to answer each question. The findings of the DJ LITA Device Validity research through device testing results using the black box testing method meet the requirement of no errors occurring. The practicality can be seen from the expert validation analysis results with a score of 87.50% (very practical), small group trials with 25 respondents, and large group trials with 30 respondents yielding a score of 96.22% (very practical). Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the RUBEDA 3T application can be seen from the comparison of pre-test scores with post-test scores, showing an average increase of about 63.38%, which falls into the quite effective category.
