description Virtual power plants (VPPs) can aggregate adjustable resources at the ends of distribution network partitions to enhance power supply quality. To address this, a distributed cooperative optimal model for VPPs considering distribution network partitions is proposed. First, a hierarchical and partitioned cooperative framework for VPP operations is designed. Next, an optimal model for VPPs across multiple distribution networks is established. The model is then decomposed and decoupled using the objective value exchange principle, with distributed solving achieved through the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Finally, case studies using two modified IEEE 33-bus distribution systems demonstrate that the proposed model effectively improves the operational efficiency of VPPs, reduces network losses, and minimizes voltage deviations.
