Dit noodsaak ’n herbesinning oor die swetterjoel psigoterapeutiese benaderings wat tans wel bestaan, veral ook in die lig daarvan dat kognitiewe-gedragsterapeutiese benaderings, gerugsteun deur positiewe navorsingsliteratuur, wel dikwels vinnige resultate beloof.
