| Summary: | The article briefly characterizes cities that are included in the Yekaterinburg agglomeration, such as Aramil, Sysert, Zarechny and Beloyarsky. Their targets and development trends are also addressed, considering future and present state programs. The demographic situation for the selected satellite towns of Yekaterinburg (population dynamics and working population dynamics), as well as real estate market in the segment of apartment buildings (height of buildings and walling material), are analyzed. In addition to it, the analysis of urban planning prospects (commissioned high-rise apartment buildings) is provided. As a result, conclusions are drawn about the current situation in the real estate market of the southeastern part of the Yekaterinburg agglomeration specifying the reasons. |
