| Summary: | Earlier, an experimental and theoretical study of pulsating combustion in a pipe with a tangential supply of a mixture of propane-butane fuel with air was carried out. It was found that the results of calculating the frequencies of gas oscillations differ significantly from the experimental data. One of the reasons is the hypothetical nature of the axial distribution of the speed of sound in the combustion chamber. In this work, this distribution is found on the basis of calculated and experimental data on the gas temperature at the ends of the pipe. |
