This review summarizes the biological characteristics of osteosarcoma, mechanisms of pulmonary metastasis, and the tumor immune microenvironment (TME). It involves recent immunotherapy advances, including monoclonal antibodies, tumor vaccines, immune cell therapies, checkpoint inhibitors, and oncolytic viruses, and discusses combining these with standard treatments. |
