The patient received comprehensive therapy including mechanical ventilation, anti-infection and anti-inflammatory treatment, reducing edema and eliminating phlegm. During the anti-infection treatment, targeted nursing intervention against fever, airway management, skin care and enteral nutrition were carried out.
