Summary:The generating principle,the mechanical structure and the corresponding motion relationship of the cradle gear milling of spiral bevel gear are analyzed.A new method of three-axis numerical control to reform spiral bevel gear gear milling by using domestic numerical control system is presented.The program of M order of PLC to control hydraulic system is developed and the hydraulic feed system of work table is redesigned.The general man-machine interface on generating various spiral bevel gears is developed.Finally,the generat ing test on the spiral bevel gear is carried out.It lays a foundation for the domestic NC system applied in the machine tool of spiral bevel gear.
