| Summary: | Essence of social responsibility of business has been determined in the article on the basis of existent scientific approaches. It has been educed that in the present conditions the entrepreneurship functions should be complemented by a social function. In a market economy entrepreneurial activity is indissolubly related to the concept of responsibility (to the country, society and partners). Nature of social investment has been substantiated in the article, the difference between charity and social investing carried out by the company through the implementation of internal and external social programs has been shown. |
