description Aiming at the over voltage problem of long cable caused by high-speed switch devices such as silicon carbide, the mechanism of over voltage of long cable and its in fluencing factors were analyzed, and a method of suppressing over voltage of long cable based on interphase transformer was put forward, which was veri fied by modeling simulation, double pulse circuit and buck circuit test. The results showed that the method was effective in suppressing over voltage of long cable obviously.
