| description | In wired network vehicle-to-vehicle communication systems, frequent coupling and decoupling between trains can easily lead to connector wear, resulting in unstable communication or even interruptions. This paper proposes a wireless vehicle-to-vehicle communication system based on V2X as an alternative to wired connections, focusing on metro application scenarios. This design enables rapid coupling between trains, lowers operational difficulty and time consumption, and reduces communication failures. To enhance reliability, a dual-device dual-link redundancy configuration was devised, along with a wireless communication gateway. The proposed system was verified through actual measurements in various scenarios, including indoor, outdoor, and real track environments. Results demonstrated the system's capacity to support communication in tunnels, achieving communication distances exceeding 500 meters, latencies of less than 100 ms, and packet reception rates above 99.5%, thereby meeting the vehicle-to-vehicle communication requirements for metro transportation. |
