Summary:The modern system of state regulation to a large extent provides legal protection of intellectual property objects, which is an important step in creating an innovative environment for organizations. Nevertheless, despite the existing difficulties, managing such objects at the implemen tation stage is a complex task due to many difficulties and challenges faced by healthcare institutions. A comprehensive algorithm for intel lectual property management and element characteristics has been de veloped for the tasks of technology transfer by destination and analysis of their effectiveness in these organizations. The presented algorithm covers all key stages of intellectual property management, starting with the definition of clear goals and objectives, and includes identification and evaluation of intellectual property objects, registration and pro tection of rights to them, their life cycle management, market moni toring, commercialization and transfer of technologies, as well as their effectiveness evaluation. It will not only optimize management proces ses, but will also contribute to innovation development, improve clin ical outcomes, and increase healthcare organizations’ competitiveness.
