(本文总结1例肺癌化疗患者肺穿刺活检术后并发空气栓塞的护理经验。护理要点: 医护迅速判断病情, 落实头部CT平扫, 采取有效急救措施; 精准治疗, 立即给予高压氧治疗, 确保重要组织脏器的供血供氧; 病情进展时转入重症监护室严密监测病情变化, 给予高级生命支持; 加强心理护理, 落实患者及家属的健康教育; 做好出院随访管理。) |
