description Cherubism is an autosomal-dominant disorder that commonly affects young patients. Our patient a 17-year-old male presented with bilateral nontender swelling over the mandibular area and maxillary area which was insidious in onset and progressive. The diagnosis was made based on clinical and radiological features. Computed tomography of the head in bone window shows multiple lytic sclerotic expansile lesions with coarsened bony trabecular pattern giving the soap bubble appearance of bilateral mandible and maxilla. Surgical intervention was done and upon follow up patient showed drastic improvement. Based on the radiological features grading systems have been developed that help decide the management.
