豚鼠过敏性休克IgE 和C5 复合物分布及c-kit 蛋白表达
【目的】探索过敏性休克法医学客观诊断标准。【方法】建立豚鼠异种血清过敏性休克模型, 采用LSAB 免疫组 化方法检测模型鼠脏器IgE, c-kit 蛋白以及C5 复合体的分布。【结果】过敏性休克豚鼠肝, 脾未检出IgE , 肺、肾检见大量IgE , 胃黏膜层c-kit 蛋白阳性细胞明显增多, 各脏器均未检测出C5 复合物。【结论】过敏性休克时, 肺小血管壁及管周, 肾小管内 检见大量IgE, 可作为法医检案客观诊断标准。同时提示, 肺和肾是病变最严重的脏器, 补体C5 未参与异种血清造成的过敏 性休克过程。胃黏膜层c-kit 蛋白阳性细胞增多可作为辅助诊断指标。...
