| Summary: | The theory and structure of the new type of filtering gear reducer are introduced.The dynamics model of duplex gear is set up by SolidWorks.The dynamic frequency calculation of the duplex gear of the filtering gear reducer under pre-stress caused by rotating speed and meshing torque is carried out by ANSYS Workbench.The result shows that rotating speed and meshing torque have certain effect on dynamic frequency.The syntonic phenomenon can’t occur on duplex gear and it has very attractive dynamic character,the evidence for the optimized design is provided. |
