| Summary: | In the coal mine underground, in order to realize real-time monitoring of operatives location information, two-way voice communication, remote video monitoring, uploading photo records of three violations of information, monitoring of environmental parameters, abnormal posture detection, and text or voice prompts for escape routes, multiple devices need to be carried, which is extremely inconvenient for operators, there are still uncertain safety hazards in weight-bearing operations, to this end, an information mining lamp that integrates multiple functions mentioned above is designed. Using coulombmeter chip to detect remaining battery power, improve detection accuracy and reduce undervoltage false alarm rate. Through software simulation and optimization of the microstrip antenna coexisting with WiFi and Bluetooth, the wireless communication distance is prolonged and the quality of voice calls is improved. The three-axis accelerometer is adopted to monitor the posture of personnel, providing early warnings of abnormal behaviors of underground workers, effectively shortening the response time and improving the rescue efficiency. The audio and video data and photo upload are processed by using an ultra-low power codec chip with an MCU, and a highly integrated single-chip solution is adopted to reduce the overall power consumption of the machine and extend the effective battery life. The universal serial bus signal driver chip is adopted to solve the transmission attenuation of non-standard cables and improve the stability of communication transmission. The test results indicate that: the coulombmeter method can detect the remaining battery power with an accuracy of ±1%. The simulation and optimization of microstrip antennas enable the wireless communication distance to reach over 400 meters. The design of the audio and video integrated chip solution ensures that the sleep current of the entire machine is less than 0.5 mA. The circuit design of the universal serial bus optimizes the signal. The transmission distance using non-standard cables is greater than 1.5 meters, and the communication packet loss rate is reduced to 0%. The added functions of the information lamp for mining, such as abnormal posture monitoring and text or voice prompts for escape routes, have further enhanced the intelligent and information integration of the information lamp for mining, integrating precise personnel positioning underground, audio and video communication liaison, and safety early warning into one. |
