description This article discusses specific approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of children with different neuroorthopedic disorders. Particular attention is paid to the experience of foreign specialists in treating neuromuscular disorders in children, as well as the need for a comprehensive and systematic approach to their rehabilitation. In this manuscript, we provided examples of high-tech surgical and conservative treatment, as well  as grafting and orthotic support for children with various congenital and acquired diseases of the musculoskeletal system and the central nervous system in the Russian Federation.
