Summary:We present a genome assembly from an individual specimen of Corella eumyota (the Orange-tipped sea squirt; Chordata; Ascidiacea; Phlebobranchia; Corellidae). The genome sequence is 129.3 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 7 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 14.53 kilobases in length.
