| Summary: | In the context of globalization, there is a need to develop import substitution. It is proposed to develop the mechanism of import substitution in innovative territorial clusters. The article examines the Russian experience of import substitution and the choice of the direction of its strategic development in innovative territorial clusters. The potential of import substitution in Russia is considered. Analysis of import substitution in key sectors of the country’s economy is given. The creation of clusters on the territory of the Russian Federation provides for building cooperative links between business entities and representatives of industrial infrastructure, as well as building sustainable supply chains to increase the added value of manufactured products for import substitution in strategically important sectors of the country’s economy. |
