| description | This paper reviewed the clinical data of a young adult patient with acne of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach type treated by auricular acupoint sticking-pressing and ear-apex bloodletting therapy, and related nursing measures were summarized. The etiology and pathogenesis of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, acupoint selection principles and operation method of auricular acupoint treatment were described. A typical case was analyzed to prove the effectiveness and safety of auricular acupoint sticking-pressing and ear-apex bloodletting therapy in the treatment of acne of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach. The auricular acupoint treatment is simple to use and well-accepted for young adult patients.
