Description
Summary:The relevance of the research topic is due to the steady desire of the Palestinian people for self-determination and the constant dynamics of changes in international law and politics. The problems of the article concern the understanding of the numerous and diverse factors affecting the process of international recognition of the State of Palestine. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the historical development and current state of recognition of Palestine as an independent state, as well as to provide an assessment of the consequences of this recognition for international relations and regional stability. As a methodological basis of the research, a historical approach is used, which allows tracing the chronology and continuity of key events, and a systematic approach that promotes a comprehensive study of the interaction between various aspects of the issue. The results of the study confirm that the recognition of Palestine in the international arena has gone a long way from a symbolic act to the acquisition of specific attributes of sovereignty. The key conclusions were the identification of the main stages and turning points in the recognition process, as well as an assessment of the impact of these events on international relations and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The author deeply and systematically explores the stages of the evolution of international recognition of Palestine, which opens new perspectives for understanding international politics and law.
