education and science in Ukraine within the strategic partnership with the European Union. The basic principles of digital transformation have been characterized. Information is provided on Ukraine’s commitments in science and technology, as well as education, training and youth, for the implementations on strategic sectoral partnerships under the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The progress of implementation of the Agreement in these areas is analyzed. The
main state initiatives and international projects within the framework of digitalization of higher, professional higher and vocational education and science in Ukraine, as well as software and hardware systems and automated systems whose functionality ensures the implementation of digitalization initiatives are considered.
