description The document presents the practical research that comes, in support of employers, to be able to successfully manage and keep under control the OSH activity of preventing risks generated by noise associated with the work environment, increasing employee productivity and improving OSH in accordance with Romanian legislation and the EU. The presented experiment consists in determining the degree of damage to the safety of employees in the industrial work environment with specific metal processing, the implementation of the recommended measures, the questioning of the subjects regarding the industrial work environment vitiated by noise, the interpretation and comparison of the research results.
