On the world stage, there is a focus on improving the quality of the educational sphere, increasing the level of effectiveness of the activities of educational organizations in accordance with various educational standards. The purpose of the article is to actualize the concept of «mentoring» at the level ofpreschool education. The main mentoring approaches for the American system of preschool education are disclosed, consisting in SMART and in the process of accompanying teachers in a preschool educational organization. The article is intended for teachers of preschool educational organizations; leaders of the system of preschool education; students of teacher training colleges, universities; as well as for centers of advanced training and professional retraining of educators. |
