| Summary: | This paper summarized the nursing management of drug extravasation during intravenous pumping of potassium chloride in a patient with multiple myeloma. The patient suffered from skin injury caused by drug extravasation during intravenous pumping of potassium chloride. On the base of skin care and wound management, nurses carried out a comprehensive interventions to improve the wound healing. Nurses should take overall evaluation before intravenous infusion, enhance the health education for patients and improve the awareness of prevention and nursing of drug extravasation. (本文总结1例多发性骨髓瘤患者静脉泵入氯化钾外渗的护理经验。患者外周静脉泵入高浓度氯化钾时, 不慎外渗造成局部皮肤组织损伤。在局部皮肤创面护理的基础上, 护理人员加强患者全身护理, 促进局部皮肤创面愈合。护理人员在静脉输液前应充分评估, 做好患者宣教, 加强药物外渗的预防及护理知识认知和掌握。) |
